Even then it won't be till the last two weeks of the season when you get the real hard-core players pushing for best times in 150 clears. You won't see actual leaderboard mainstays until, at least, midway into the second month when the psychos with 5k paragon begin showing up. The people who rank 1 leaderboards aren't pushing, they're paragon grinding. You do realize we haven't even passed the first month of the season, right? What's with you people comparing leaderboards on the literal beginning? It's like seeing whose leading on the first lap of a grand tour. It's a meh speed build, and a good push build. While other builds like GoD and AoV don't need that RNG till very far into GR progression. It's a good push build, but requires some fishing to actually push properly. The Cooldown of the reflections also don't help. Firebirds is good at pushing, sure, but it relies on pet mechanics which is just rng hell when you want an elite dead but it focuses on mobs.
What explosions do Barb does better with Rend, since it spreads, while GoD and AoV do best. Yeah, you get teleports, but the explosion isn't that large a radius. This goes for others too like Barb's Waste or DH GoD.įirebirds though. So with one set you essentially get the best utilization of pushing and speeds. With Fury you have this amazingly simple to pick up, but hard to master, GR Push build. With fists you have a very fast AOE clear build good for everything from speed rifting to bounties. Two builds come from it: first of the heavens and fury. Explosion and Mirror images are there so you can channel. Using Flame Blade is optional, it's a 30% extra fire damage increase for a short time but not even people doing GR135+ are using it. Once you have a nice pack of monsters you spam Explosive Blast and pop your Mirror Images half second before you get into fire rotation, all of this without releasing Desintegrate, you keep channeling the whole time with this build. When you teleport the channeling stops like half second but resumes inmediatelly as long as you hold Desintegrate button. You hold Desintegrate all the time and Teleport around without cooldown when you are at 45+ stacks from the 4 set piece bonus, bonus that at the same time skyrockets your toughness, so it's important to keep the stacks.
They need a skill to mimic from your skill bar and that's Flame Blade.Īlso, the build is a non-stop channeling build. The reason you have it in your skill bar is because mirror images will use it. Otherwise is not worth the active use of the skill. I rarely use it, only when there's a big pack of monsters and I can get 20+ stacks with a single blow before the fire rotation. No buddy you don't have to use Flame Blade at all.
